One bottle. Two products. The YuFlip bottle has a flip-top cap at each end — one dispenses Shea Butter Shampoo, the other Shea Butter Conditioner. It is the first and only 2-sided flip-top bottle in the world, and at 3.3 fl oz it is inside the TSA carry-on limit.
Important distinction: this is not a blended shampoo-conditioner. They are two separate full-strength formulas in two sealed chambers that never mix. You shampoo, rinse, then condition — the normal routine, with normal products.
What's in each side
| Side | Product | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Cap one | Shea Butter Shampoo | Cleanses the scalp without stripping, full surfactant strength |
| Cap two | Shea Butter Conditioner | Seals the cuticle on mid-lengths and ends for slip and shine |
Why it works
| Benefit | How |
|---|---|
| Less frizz | Keratin helps the overlapping cuticle cells lie flat, so strands stop catching on each other |
| More shine | A smoother surface reflects light evenly instead of scattering it |
| Real moisture | Shea butter is an emollient — it seals water into the hair rather than letting it escape |
| Less breakage | Better slip means less mechanical stress when combing wet hair |
| Half the bottles | One slot in your quart bag instead of two |

How to use
- Soak hair thoroughly — shampoo lathers far better in fully wet hair, so you use less.
- Flip the shampoo cap, emulsify a coin-sized amount in your palms, and work into the scalp.
- Rinse.
- Flip the opposite cap and apply conditioner to mid-lengths and ends only — never the roots.
- Leave one to two minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Key ingredients
| Ingredient | What it actually does |
|---|---|
| Shea butter | Vitamins A and E plus essential fatty acids. Emollient — softens and locks in moisture. |
| Keratin | The protein hair is made of. Smooths the cuticle, helps protect against heat and breakage. |

Common questions
Can the shampoo and conditioner mix inside the bottle?
No. The two chambers are physically separate with their own seals. There is no path between them.
How long will it last?
Roughly 7 to 10 washes for average-length hair — about a week to two weeks of daily showering. Short or fine hair will get considerably more.
Will one side run out before the other?
Usually yes, and that is normal. Conditioner only goes on mid-lengths and ends, so shampoo tends to empty first — exactly as it would with two separate bottles.
Is this suitable for colour-treated hair?
Yes. Because the shampoo and conditioner are separate full-strength formulas rather than a blended compromise, colour-treated hair gets proper conditioning rather than a token amount.
