What makes the YUDIVA bottle different?

It's the first and only 2-sided flip-top bottle in the world. Each side has its own flip-top cap and dispenses a different product — shampoo on one side and conditioner on the other, for example. One bottle does the work of two.

Are YUDIVA bottles TSA approved for carry-on?

Yes. Every bottle is 3.3 fl oz (100 ml), which is within the TSA carry-on liquid limit, so they can go straight in your quart bag.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States — there is no minimum. Express delivery is available at checkout for $7.99 if you need it in 1–2 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We need 1–2 business days to process your order, and standard delivery usually takes a further 3–4 business days. Express is 1–2 business days once shipped. Processing and shipping times can be longer around major holidays.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Get in touch through our contact page or email info@yudivabeauty.com with your order number, the products you'd like to return, and the reason. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can expect your refund within 14 business days, credited to your original payment method.

What's in the YUDIVA formulas?

Depending on the product, our formulas are enriched with shea butter, tea tree, keratin, and collagen. Shea butter brings vitamins A and E plus essential fatty acids for moisture, while keratin helps smooth the hair cuticle and protect against breakage, frizz, and heat damage.

Are YUDIVA products suitable for all hair and skin types?

Yes. Every formula is tested to be gentle and enriching across hair and skin types, including our baby range.

Is the bottle eco-friendly?

By putting two products into one bottle, YUDIVA halves the number of plastic bottles needed for the same routine.
